agree to the following terms outlined in this agreement as a condition of your

purchase and undertaking of this group online mentorship.

1. Mwntorship Structure and Delivery

1.1 The business mentorship is a group online program and contains 10 weeks

of content as follows:

Week two Branding

Week three Choosing the right online offer

Week four Creating your online offer

Week five Selling your online offer

Week six Email marketing

 

Week seven The technical aspects of running a business online

Week eight Mindset

Week nine Individual question and answer session

Week ten Individual question and answer session

1.2 The Course Provider reserves

the right to alter the order of the content delivery.

1.3 Each week of the Course is delivered via 1-1.5-hour video format on Zoom and sometimes

includes supporting material for download. Session replays will be made

available.

1.4 The clinic to clicks business mentorship includes access to a private Facebook group for

correspondence, support, and extra content delivery by the Course Provider

throughout the 10-week Course,

2. Fees & Method of Payment

2.1 By purchasing this course, you understand and agree to pay the advertised

price in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please check the equivalent in your local

currency.

2.2 You understand and agree that the payments are not refundable.

2.3 If you opted into a payment plan the balances must be paid in the payment structure you chose at the time of

enrolment by the timeline stipulated.

2.4 All prices include GST.

2.5 Payment is requested online via credit card via our current third-party

payment processors, Stipe.

2.6 The Course Provider does not retain any information provided during

payment and your information is managed by the Privacy Policy of the thirdparty payment processor selected by you for payment.

2.7 We reserve the right to change these prices from time to time. Please check

the website for updated pricing information.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Due to the nature of the course no refund is available for change of mind.

3.3 A refund may be considered where there is a breach of consumer

guarantees under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

3.4 Any request for a refund for any such breach must be in writing to

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 You agree that you must complete the Course content and self-study

requirements to obtain the full benefit of the mentorship.

4.2 You agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from

the mentorship.

4.3 You agree that individual results may vary and that it is possible that you

may not achieve the expected results and that your learning and

development outcome is dependent upon your commitment to completion and individual business variations.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

5.1 All course material including but not limited to course content, videos and

all other material are the property of Susie Prout and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual

property laws.

5.2 All material including but not limited to course content, videos and all other

material is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.

5.3 You may not use any of the materials available within this course in a manner that infringes any

of our rights or that has not been authorised by us.

5.4 You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit,

translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or

medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from

this platform or any program without the express permission of Susie Prout. 

6. Disclaimer

You understand and agree;

6.1 You have engaged the services Susie Prout Lactation, and

purchased products such as this mentorship, at your own risk and that all

courses are provided as an educational and informational service or product

only.

6.2 This course is developed to help both novice and experienced professionals

and Susie Prout Lactation does not offer any representations,

warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your results of

progress.

6.3 Results are dependent on various factors including but not limited to,

liability; total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from services by

Susie Prout Lactation is limited to resupplying the Service, at

Susie Prout Lactations option, or, refunding to you the amount you

have paid for the Services or products (including courses).
