I’m Susie.
I was born in South Africa, raised in Perth, Australia, spent time working in London and now living a family and freedom focused life in Bali, Indonesia. Â
In my past online business as a Midwife and lactation consultant I moved from the grind and hustle of 1-1 consultations to creating an incredible breastfeeding membership.
What started as a busy, time for money consultation business turned into:
✨ Australia’s largest breastfeeding membership for over 10 years, serving thousands of women.
✨ a top-ranked breastfeeding podcast with over 1 million downloads, and
✨ multiple sell-out online programs.
I discovered the power of a membership model. The recurring, com pounding revenue, deep transformation, long-term clients, and I became obsessed.
Fast-forward a few years, the more I grew my online breastfeeding membership, the more other women in service-based businesses started asking:
“Can you help me do what you’re doing?”
“You make it look so easy, can you teach me?”
I found myself balancing my thriving breastfeeding membership with a growing demand for business mentoring. And what became crystal clear was this:
✨ My passion was no longer in lactation, it was in supporting and teaching women to build their own impact through memberships.
So I made the decision to pivot. I lovingly closed the lactation chapter of my career and stepped fully into membership mentoring.
I created The Membership Model™, so I could help others build scalable, recurring-revenue businesses they’re obsessed with.
And now, The Membership Model has helped hundreds of incredible women create scalable, freedom-filled online businesses. It truly feels like the work I was made to do,supporting women to build recurring revenue, make a bigger impact, and finally get paid for the expertise they’ve spent years developing.
